If you're not completely satisfied with your Wormery, then we'll refund you in full for it with no argument. (We will first try and help put your problem right, of course!). All you need to do is get it back to us - whether used or not. It doesn't need to be in 'as new' condition and we don't charge for 'restocking'. If necessary we can arrange for our courier to come and pick it up though there would be a charge for this.
